In a large saucepan, bring broth and onion to a boil. Remove chicken from pot, and let stand until cool enough to handle. Skim fat from surface of soup, if desired, and discard. Remove and discard parsley stems and bouquet garni.
Steps to make Chicken Soup:
- Take a pressure cooker add water,chicken, salt,1/2 tbsp black pepper powder and 1/2 tbsp soya sauce and mix well.And cook it for 20 minutes after 1 whistle comes at medium flame.
- Now strain the water and chicken in to another pan and break the chicken in to the chicken stock.
- Now heat the chicken stock add 1/2 tbsp soya sauce and 1/2 tbsp salt and mix well and bring it to the boil and then low the flame.Now take 1/2 cup of stock from it and allow to cool and add cornstarch in a cup and mix well.And add this cornstarch mix in a pan and cook it for another 3 minutes.
- And after this take 2 white eggs and beat it properly and pour it from the top in to the chicken stock and mix it well.And add spring onions and black pepper powder and cook for 2 minutes.This whole process is to be done on low flame.Our healthy yummy Chicken Soup is ready to serve hot.Enjoy 👌😊
