- Frying and coating of chicken :for coating add 1/4cup of flour 1/4cup of broast crumb pinch of red chilli powder,1/4tsp of oregano and 1/2tsp of white pepper mix it then dip the marinated chicken in chilled water and then coat it with the prepare batter completely..
- Now heat oil in a wok and put the flay in the spider and press with a spoon from center and deep fry until golden brown..It will take almost 10 mints
- Then start assembling and put the prepared fries over the chicken and then add the prepared sauce…then sprincle chopped tomatoes sprung onions and parsley.
