When is is very hot, but not smoking, add the chicken mixture, and stir fry until the chicken is cooked through. Remove the chicken to a plate, set aside and keep warm.   4. Cook your noodles is warm water & drain them to set them aside. Once that is done you can grab a skillet or pan and cook your chicken with 2 tablespoon of oil until golden brown
  5. Now we can cook the veggies in 2 tablespoon of oil and add veggies and chicken as so keep stir until fully mixed and then add your sauce and mix again until coated brown
  6. Drizzle sesame oil upon the plate of chow Mein and add sesame seeds

Fresh chow mein noodles - yakisoba or dry thin spaghetti are great subsitutes. Vegetables - celery, cabbage, matchstick carrots, garlic, green onions, ginger. Seasonings - low-sodium soy sauce, oyster sauce, sesame oil, sugar. Chicken breasts - chicken thighs will work great too, just a cook a few minutes longer.
