  2. Squeeze the lemon on top of the chicken.
  3. Add the paprika blend on top of the chicken pieces.
  4. Add the salt and olive oil.
  5. Add all the contents to a ziplock. Don't forget the oil. Shake well.
  6. Let it rest in the fridge for a while. Its great if you can wait for 2 hours.
  7. Put on your grill and cook till well done. I used a Traeger pellet grill and it takes 20 minutes. It would probably be less with other grills.
  8. While on the grill, sprinkle black pepper on top so that it sticks to the sauce.

Place the chicken thighs in a large bowl, sprinkle the spice mixture over the chicken and toss to coat. In a small bowl, whisk together vinegar and honey. A delicious mixture of these three categories and you have a delicious seasoning blend. Make it your own by using smoked paprika instead of regular, adding different herbs, upping the heat with more cayenne.
